Job Summary:
The Theater Stage Manager is responsible for effectively managing all aspects of the production process, ensuring the smooth execution of performances and maintaining the overall integrity of the theatrical production. Key Responsibilities:

5. Coordinate and manage the entire backstage area during performances, ensuring seamless execution of cues, set changes, and costume changes.
6. Maintain and update all necessary production documentation, including scripts, prompt books, and rehearsal notes.
7. Conduct thorough and efficient rehearsals, ensuring that all actors and crew members are prepared and aware of their responsibilities.
8. Manage and supervise the stage crew, ensuring that all technical aspects of the production are executed flawlessly.
